Flaw

Flaw

In my limited experience those who think they have no flaws have the most. I have many flaws, some I have no control over, or so I would like to believe.

When we say we can’t control something, do we simply mean we don’t want to. One thing I have learned in my life is that so many things are possible if you simply try.

When I am in a room with guys I don’t feel like I need to be perfect, they accept me as I am, or at least the guys I know. But around girls I always feel like they are looking for a flaw, an imperfection. They see my chair and that is the perfect imperfection, some girls don’t seem to care, it just adds to the unique beauty that is me.

No one likes to admit they have flaws, but we all struggle with imperfections and things we need to change. It’s comforting to know no one is perfect, everyone has flaws, some of mine are just more noticeable.

“Do not underestimate yourself by comparing yourself with others. It’s our differences that make us unique and beautiful.”
